Orders can be placed via phone, messaging, or in person at our physical shop. Online ordering via our website will be available in the future.
We accept bank transfers, cash on pickup, and mobile payments. For deliveries, payment is generally required before dispatch unless otherwise arranged.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via phone or message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
We ship to all states within Nigeria. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on location and order value.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- For in-store pickup, orders must be collected during our working hours.
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, personal care, and wellness items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind or allergy reasons.
